There is a big problem on the Camino between Belorado and Burgos - accommodations are limited and many places can not be pre-booked. Hence, the bus trip to Burgos, where we'll continue the trek. Given the problems with accommodations, it was no surprise to see about 20-25 other pilgrims waiting at the bus stop o go to Burgos
We arrived in Burgos and dropped our bags at the hotel and explored the city. The Burgos cathedral is unbelievable. It's hard to imagine how the work could have been completed in an era when there was limited technology. This is a beautiful city with many places to enjoy local cuisine. One such place close to our hotel and next to the cathedral, where we enjoyed tapas.
