Today's trek had us going through farm lands and a wide irrigation system. Not much different than the last two days. Except this morning the sunrise was amazing. What a beautiful time in the morning!
Along the way there was an eclectic Albergue offering food and drinks. While sitting at a table a donkey came to our table looking for food and a duck pecking at my leg wanting food. When Julie went to use the washroom the donkeys blocked access. What an amazing place to visit.
At Carrion we are warned about the next day's trek - a stretch of 17km without any amenities. I think this fear just promotes stocking up supplies, which keeps two large supermarkets in business.
