Sept 17 Monday, Figeac

Our trek is over. A similar foot injury happened last year on Via Frances, but Julie completed the last 100km in pain. When she got home, the doctor told her that the bone on her foot was broken. This year, it's the same injury on the same foot, but this time it is more serious. We were able to do a short walking tour of the town, and visited the train station to buy tickets to Toulouse.

Figeac Old Town - lots of restaurants busy as tourists try to stay cool...30c today!

Notre Dame church...an awesome alter.

St Jacques (James) the most famous pilgrim.

Leaving Figeac, going through the old town
