We've definitely required a taste for Spanish olives and Spanish tortillas. It used to be that tortillas where plain - eggs and potatoes. But now tapa bars are offering tortillas filled with peppers, cheese, ham, tomatoes, onions, and combinations.
These cats just stared at us, and when Julie got closer they scattered..
Today's trek followed the coast with more spectacular views. We had a choice whether to follow the mountain route, and we, and many other peregrinos, wanted to stay with the ocean views. Also, the mountain route had a higher elevation gain and rocky terrain. I dislike elevation, and Julie dislikes even more is rocky terrain, which slows her down.
